New Suburban Village Project In Southwestern Las Vegas

A new residential and office suburban village project called The Curve is coming up along the Las Vegas Beltway near Durango Drive and Sunset Road. It is a 47.5-acre suburban village project in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley with high-rise condominiums, resort amenities, retail boutiques, restaurants and intermixed office space.

The condos offer six floor plans ranging from 1.078 to 2,046 square feet. All the condos will have floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces and each unit will offer spacious living with breathtaking views of the entire Las Vegas Valley.

The place has been designed with resident comfort and luxury in mind. The amenities include swimming pools and spas, cabanas and concierge services, as well as a village environment where residents can work, shop, dine and play.

The aim of the project according to the promoters is to provide a laid-back, comfortable suburban lifestyle allowing people to enjoy boutique shopping, dining and nightlife only a minute's walk from their door. Prices for the homes start at $400,000 and the project is set to begin in 2006.
