Aliante impressive amenities:

Everything about Aliante is impressive. Great location, the people from diverse backgrounds, wonderful amenities for residents including parks, trails and recreational features and the beautiful homes. Spread over a vast expanse of over 1900 acres of the land the community will have a total of 7,500 homes and about 20,000 residents. It comprises both an all-ages village and an age-qualified village.

Aliante has set apart a total of 430 acres of land for recreational uses for the residents of the community. Planned facilities include the Aliante Golf Club, the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, two additional parks, more than 20 miles of lighted trails and linear parks, and an arroyo. Some of these are already in place. Three schools and a library are also planned for the community.

Another 100 acres of land will be used for commercial purposes for shopping centers, business centers, retail areas, restaurants and a 40-acre resort for gaming purposes is also planned.
