Boca Raton will have 756 luxury condo units. Located at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue the $400 million, mid-rise is seeing hectic construction activity these days as the concrete was poured for the foundation of the two-story underground parking structures.

The first phase of the seven-story condo project is expected to be completed by Dec'2006 and will have a total of 172 homes. Residences will measure from 593 to more than 2,300 square feet and be priced from the low $300,000s.

The project is coming up on area of 15-acres and will feature many amenities for residents when it is completed.
