Queensbridge & SoHo Lofts:

Queensridge: The 400-unit Queensridge project is a high-rise luxury condo project located at Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive in the northwest of Las Vegas, within the European-themed Queensridge community. Built on a 20-acre development the project will consist of three 18-story and one 14-story structure. Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including a spa, fitness center, pools and a wine cellar.

Built in the Art Nouveau Parisian style, a theme that is carried throughout the buildings and grounds of Queensbridge. The wrought-iron gates, the metal-roofed gatehouse, cupolas every part of the development carries the same theme.

SoHo Lofts:

SoHo Lofts is located at Las Vegas Boulevard South and Hoover Avenue in downtown Las Vegas and features an Art Deco theme. A 15-stories high tower it will have a total of around 120 loft units and will also have a fitness center and a roof-top pool and spa for residents. A mixed-use development the Lofts ground floor will be given over to retailers.
