Boca Raton the luxury mid-rise condo project consists of 4 buildings each consisting of 7 stories. Located on Las Vegas Boulevard at Serene Avenue the project an offering of the Palm Beach Resort Condominiums is fast coming up above the two levels of underground parking.
Boca Raton is located just across another mid-rise condo project called the Manhattan. Martin Harris Construction is the firm building both the projects. The project is expected to be completed by fall 2006. Only about a 100 units of the 378 units are still left to be sold.
