Centex Homes At Ardiente:

Centex Homes at Ardiente will get all the amenities ready before the first resident moves into the community comprising of 788 homes. Towards this end the clubhouse and the guard-gated entry are both under construction. Centex Homes wants to ensure that all its residents get to use every facility as soon as they move into their homes and not wait till every resident had moved into the community.

The entrance to the community has been planned to make a statement about the community. Other amenities which are scheduled to be completed include the walking paths, parks and a perimeter wall to enhance security for residents.
