Sandhurst High Rise in Las Vegas.

Sandhurst Develop-ment is developing the Sandhurst Las Vegas high-rise condominium project in Las Vegas.

The Sandhurst Las Vegas is a 35-story tower to be built at Grand Central Parkway and Iron Horse Court. It will comprise 398 units, ranging from 817 to more than 4,700 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s

The property is planned to be guard-gated and will include a fitness center, spa, restaurant, swimming pool, private parking, and dry cleaner offering personal pickup and delivery service.

The developer plans to break ground this summer, with completion expected in early summer 2007.
