Boca Raton Condo project selling briskly, Queensridge condos under construction:

The Boca Raton Condo project, a mid-rise development coming up at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue has been selling briskly. Two of the towers, which were released for selling, are now almost 2/3 rd's sold. Home prices start as low as $300,000 and home unit sizes range from
593 square feet to 2400 square feet. One and two bedroom units are available. Completion of Phase one of the project is expected by mid-2006 and around 172 units will be available for occupancy.

The rest of total of more than 750 units will completed under the next phases of the project. Homes priced reasonably and located in good neighborhoods will always have sell. This Boca Raton Condo project is an example for that.

Meanwhile at One Queensridge Place construction is going on at a steady pace at the luxury-condominium development located at the southwest corner of Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive in Las Vegas. The condo units measuring from 2,000 to 14,000 square feet will be priced from $1.2 million.
