Hurdles For New Developments At Union Park

The development at the Union Park will depend mainly on how the various developments can handle the obstacles in their way.

One of the main drawbacks of the Union Park developments will be ofcourse the remoteness of the area, which has been cutoff from the rest of the downtown by railroad tracks for generations. The success of the place depends on how it attracts the people towards it.

An art center, medical center and the sports stadium are the three important projects planned for the Union Park that will affect Southern Nevada. The funding and development part of the art and the medical center is different from the rest of the Union Park project and it will take two years of time to be completed.

There is a need for raising the level of health care in Southern Nevada, so decision to have the medical center is welcomed by everyone. The medical center and the Alzheimer’s center would be helpful in attracting people towards the Union Park.

New residents, visitors and businesses will help to encourage more new developments in Union Park.
