Lennar Homes Presentation - Stoneridge

The Stoneride community, an offering of Lennar Homes is located at the foothills of Lone Mountain in the northwestern part of the Las Vegas Valley. The homes here are all two-story homes and four different floor plans are on offer for home buyers to choose from.

The four floor plans include the Shilo, Lucera, Dakota and Somerset. The Shilo is a 3 bedroom home measuring 1,659 square feet with 2 1/2 baths. It is priced from $336,990. The Lucera measures 1,779 square feet and features four bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 baths and is priced at $346,990.

The Dakota measures 1,860-square-foot and has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It is priced from $356,990. Somerset the biggest model of the community contains 3 bedrooms and extra room and measures 2,161-square-foot with three bedrooms, a bonus room and three baths. Homes are priced from $376,990.

All homes have two-car garages as a standard feature. A total of 136 homes will be built in the community.

Ryland Homes Big Plans For Mountain's Edge:

Ryland Homes plans for a big presence in The Mountain's Edge master-planned community. They are planning for 5 neighborhoods that will
appeal to large section of home buyers. The homes are built to Energy Star specifications and are highly energy efficient.

Located in the southwestern part of the Las Vegas valley Mountain's Edge is great community to live and raise families in. The five neighborhoods available for sale include the Cameron with prices starting in high $200,000s, Crestone starting in the low $300,000s. The homes sizes range from about 1300-2100 square feet in area.

The Belford has homes in the price range of $350,000's, Ellingwood homes are priced in the high $300,000s, Augusta homes are priced in the low $500,000s. August homes are the biggest in size.

Mountain's Edge is designed to have around 500 acres of open spaces with parks and trails for the residents to feel close to nature. The Exploration Peak, Mountain Park and much more give lots of opportunities for exploration and recreation within the community.
