History of Mountain's Edge

Mountain's Edge, the master planned community lies close to the Spanish Trail which was the base from which the Las Vegas Valley was discovered. The 3,500 acre community has a strong historic basis. Meritage Homes at Mountain's Edge:

Yellowstone is a Meritage Homes community located in the Mountain's Edge master planned community. Meritage has come up with nineteen model floor plans for this community of 1200 homes. They have constructed 19 model homes on a single street, which are now open to the homebuyers for inspection.

Taos - Distinctive Homes offering

Distinctive Homes new neighborhood called Taos Estates III is located in the northwestern part of Las Vegas Valley. There are several plans available here for homebuyers to choose from. The homes range in size from 2,489 to 4,658 square feet. The prices for the homes start in mid-$500,000s.

A Total Value Package is offered by the developers and includes such standard features as ceramic-tile flooring in the entries, kitchens, laundry rooms and baths, oak stair and balcony railings in two-story models, entry doors with glass details, and stone veneer on the fronts of homes.
